Florence OR Real Estate Sales Activity Holding

As of this post, we have 409 residential listing at an average asking price of $256,000 with an average market time of 351 DOM.

In the preceding 30 days we have had 29 sales at an average closed sale price of $204,000 which is 20.3% less than the average list price.

Nationally, most real estate practitioners are discouraged from taking a listing exceeding 10% of the market value because the old "list at any price" mentality actually causes financial harm to sellers in a declining market.

The good news is that there are many Florence Oregon sellers willing to sell at fair market value if their broker simply takes the time to share actual sales data with their client.
